Do you offer remote hands?
Yes — 24/7 remote-hands support is available for routine tasks (reboots, cable swaps, drive replacements) and emergency interventions. Scheduled work is included with most plans; emergency work is billed per incident.
Is the facility DDoS-protected?
The network is DDoS-mitigated up to 100 Gbps by default. For more aggressive application-layer protection, layer the enterprise DDoS service in front of your co-located equipment.
Can I visit the data centre?
